This was my first visit to Elite Smiles….First impressions:
Clean, extremely professional offices……The first person I met was Dr. Koutsoukos, he was smiling and very warm in greeting me. The paperwork was necessary but not confusing. Every single person I came in contact with throughout the visit was kind and friendly.
I simply can’t say enough GOOD about my visit (and I am not a fan of dentist visits).
I was never made to feel guilty, they were simply there to help me and my situation.
Dr. Koutsoukos was great….he listened to me and explained all of my options as well as giving me his honest suggestions going forward. It was a very very personable and informative visit. I like this Dr. and I trust him.
Then came Jessica to explain all the insurance nuances involved. Once again I cannot stress enough how personable and caring these folks were through the whole visit. I wish I knew the name of the young lady who did the x-ray’s because she did I great job as well. (My apologies on that one)
Cutting to the chase, this is a professional group…and I am not one who gives out praises willy-nilly.
I cannot see how anyone wouldn’t find the atmosphere professional and the caring obvious….
I am looking forward to my further visits (never said that before)
