I reached out to Elite Smiles hoping that Dr. Koutsoukos could “fix” my crown. I was impressed by Dr.K’s ability to assess the damage and provide a solution. He successfully replaced my crown and since then he has performed other dental procedures, all without incident.

His thorough nature in investigating, problem-solving and performing procedures makes him an exceptional dentist. He is direct when he speaks, but never unkind. When performing a procedure he is focused, gentle and patient.
As a person, Dr. K is a perfectionist. He takes pride in his work as was evident when completing my various procedures. If he is not satisfied, he WILL spend the time and redo at NO extra charge to his client. This level of integrity is rare. At the same time he does not try to upsell which is very commendable. Also, the fact that he doesn’t speak ‘ill’ of other dentists or their work is a testament of his good nature. Yes, he is a business owner and has many people to please which can be daunting, but he is a dentist first and in my opinion a ‘highly skilled one’.
As a professional, Dr. K’s credentials are impressive. He has advanced degrees which include DDS, CAGS, FAGS and MSc. His specialty is in Prosthodontics and Dental Implants. He has also taught at the University level and is the owner of his practice. His team consists of specialists who are accomplished experts in their field. I personally have used Dr. Naim’s and Dr. Shannon’s services and have not been disappointed. Dr. K recruits the best.
Elite Smiles is the place to go for all your dental needs. Dr.K and his staff (hygienists, assistants and front desk administration ) are all professional and welcoming. Jessica and Michelle have a great attitude and follow up whether you have a question about billing or whether you have just had a procedure done.
